Randi, Josh, Stephen, and Travis each went well above and beyond expectations in addressing and fixing my air leaks. I arrived Monday morning, 9/15/25, around 10am. They pulled my truck in almost immediately to begin working on it. They stayed late multiple nights in a row to work on my truck and trailer, and they jumped on it first thing in the morning each day. They even took the time to explain to me how each part was damaged and how it functioned. All while being pleasant and friendly with me. Hands down the best shop I’ve been to for repairs on my truck. Highly recommend getting work done here.

Just about the worst. If you have any other option, please find it. Chase was the best. He busted out my trailer tire in 20 minutes after waiting 3 hours to get in. Both bays were empty for 3 hours. 🤔 The ladies that run the place seem to still be in training. Took an hour just to figure out how to finish the invoice. Good people... the District Manager is to blame.

Sam and Courtney, the TSAs were extremely friendly and helpful. Stephen, Ed, Drew, and Jon were also very friendly and helpful. I definitely highly recommend this shop. Despite the companies taking awhile to approve the repairs, which contributes to the issues with waiting, they kept me updated the whole time. Any questions I had, they happily answered. All and all super helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Very bad experience I was here for my trailer airbag. When they fixed it, I told them multiple times that it looks overinflated and it will blow again. And told them to check the leveler. But no one listened. After few hours when a night shift guy came in, I told him to do the same and he found out leveler is not functioning properly so you’ll need a new leveler. Only one night shift guy is mechanic here. Adding pictures of what they said looks safe to them.
